Every music fan understands what a talented singer brings to the stage. Bryan, one of the judges of American Idol, Season 19 was moved to tears with a vocalist’s performance. Viewers will have to wait till next month to see when that point comes.
Lionel Richie, one of the judges on the panel shared on Twitter a sneak-peek of American Idol, Season 19 on Tuesday (Jan 5). In the sneak peek video, Ryan Seacrest will return as host of the singing competition series. Katy Perry and a selection of gifted singers can also be seen in the video. The sneak peek shows what viewers can expect and have to look forward to for Season 19.

Bryan was seen with teary eyes as he watches a particularly enthralling performance. The “Knocking Boots” country icon said, “This is the first time that just someone singing made me cry.”
Bryan’s reaction is a part and parcel of the showmanship that this singing competition series brings. Bryan adds in a preview, there’s nothing “more exciting than just a raw talent.”
Beyond that light moment, viewers have plenty to watch when Luke Bryan and other judges on the panel come back for American Idol’s new season. The show will return to its full-fledged production style after the previous season was curtailed by COVID-19 restrictions. During the previous season of the show, to help combat the ongoing pandemic, performances, host segments and judge commentary all switched to at-home virtual appearances.
Season 19 of American Idol launches this Valentine’s Day, Feb 14.
